Capital Meets Vision – The creation of the Fenergetis Group showcases what happens when expertise and strategy work hand in hand. With the acquisition of the Maik Othmer Carpentry (TMO) in May 2024, the nucleus was established for Germany’s future market leader in the installation of windows, front doors, and sun protection systems. Challenges

The entry into Maik Othmer Carpentry (TMO) in 2024 came during a period of generational change. As a company rich in tradition, TMO sought a sustainable succession solution to ensure its continuity and future development. Additionally, there was the challenge of advancing digitalization in a craft-oriented environment and implementing modern processes.

With a targeted succession plan and a comprehensive digitalization program, we laid the foundation for long-term success. These steps were crucial to prepare the company for the future and establish it as the cornerstone of the Fenergetis Group.

Investment approach

The German market for the installation of windows, front doors and sun protection systems offers great potential for growth, but is highly fragmented. Our aim is to build a market-leading position together with the joinery Maik Othmer.

We achieve growth through targeted acquisitions and the development of a clear Group strategy. The focus is on digitalization and professionalization in order to make operational processes more efficient and offer our customers the highest level of quality and service.

Development since acquisition

Since the takeover of Tischlerei Maik Othmer in May 2024, the company has taken decisive steps forward. With a new management team and a clear digitalization strategy, not only have internal processes been optimized, but the foundation for further growth has also been laid. The Fenergetis Group is now on a clear growth path and ready to consolidate the market and set new standards in the field of assembly.
