Our experienced team of consultants supports companies directly on site with practice-oriented project management in order to tap into operational potential and achieve sustainable increases in value. This involves the implementation of management succession plans, the optimization of structures and processes and the handling of acquisitions as part of consolidation strategies.

Your area of responsibility will include:

  • Participation in various projects to improve competitiveness and increase company value from analysis to final implementation, e.g. in the areas of finance, purchasing, sales, corporate management and business development
  • Actively supporting the management on site in analyzing and identifying potential for improvement along the entire value chain
  • Independent implementation of individual measures with active support from experienced operations managers
  • Coordination of central initiatives and measures as well as preparation of decision bases & reports for the management
  • Preparation of investor and bank reports
  • Support with add-on transactions

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in economics, engineering or natural sciences with very good grades;
  • You are at least in the 5th semester of your Bachelor’s degree or are in the Master’s program;
  • Very good analytical and quantitative skills, structured way of working;
  • Prior knowledge in the areas of balance sheet, P&L and cash flow analysis and modeling;
  • High level of commitment, sense of humor, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking;
  • Practical experience through internships in private equity, investment banking/M&A, transaction services, venture capital/start-up or management consulting desirable;
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in German and English.
