Your area of responsibility will include:
- Participation in various projects to improve competitiveness and increase company value from analysis to final implementation, e.g. in the areas of finance, purchasing, sales, corporate management and business development
- Actively supporting the management on site in analyzing and identifying potential for improvement along the entire value chain
- Independent implementation of individual measures with active support from experienced operations managers
- Coordination of central initiatives and measures as well as preparation of decision bases & reports for the management
- Preparation of investor and bank reports
- Support with add-on transactions
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in economics, engineering or natural sciences with very good grades;
- You are at least in the 5th semester of your Bachelor’s degree or are in the Master’s program;
- Very good analytical and quantitative skills, structured way of working;
- Prior knowledge in the areas of balance sheet, P&L and cash flow analysis and modeling;
- High level of commitment, sense of humor, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking;
- Practical experience through internships in private equity, investment banking/M&A, transaction services, venture capital/start-up or management consulting desirable;
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Strong communication skills, fluent in German and English.
